 CHANGE/CANCEL POLICY/RETURNED CHECK POLICY

We appreciate your business and value your time and the time of our staff members. Generally, we operate on schedule and rarely do we close the office due to weather. If weather conditions are expected to be severe, we will call you the night before your appointment to discuss alternative options and reschedule your appointment as necessary. 

So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of the following policies: 

ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, this will allow sufficient time to complete the necessary paperwork. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your service may be shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Change/cancelations fee of $100 will apply for medical, body contouring, injectable, laser and sexual health and wellness appointments when less than 72 hours notice is given.

A charge/cancelation fee of $75 will apply for facials, dermaplane, and chemical peels when less than 72 hours notice is given. 

We require a credit card to be held on file for the purpose of charging cancelation/change fees. If you do not have a credit card, your appointment must be paid for when confirmed. Should you miss your appointment the cancelation fee will be taken from the prepaid service and the balance due will be collected when you reschedule.

Non-sufficient funds/RETURNED CHECK POLICY:  RETURNED CHECKS WILL INCUR A $50.00 FEE
